CFA Vikram Sharma
Managing Director
Vikram Sharma is a visionary leader who motivates peers, clients and team, guiding them with business astuteness and insight. He has strong expertise in IPs for transfer pricing issues, derivatives segment especially in valuation of complex Futures and Options products.
Over more than 20 years of his career, he has performed numerous assignments in valuation domain for broking houses, Mergers & Acquisitions, ESOPs, Startups, Research departments and various other business transactions for diversified businesses.
Vikram Sharma has done his masters in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) , BIT ( Bachelor of Information Technology ), an Associate member of GARP, HND (Computing) from EdExcel UK and also a Registered Valuer. He is in valuation panel for National Research Development Corporation , Government of India ( NRDC with IOCL ) for independent valuation assessment.
Vikram develops and teaches business valuation courses for the Valuation Aspirants, and frequently speaks on business valuation at national legal, professional, and trade association meetings. During his long career, he has been a serial entrepreneur and established various ventures in Education, Financial Consulting, Valuation Advisory, Education Technology, Marketing Research, Information Technology and Financial Research. Previously he has worked for Equity Research departments for Stock Broking companies and planning and expansion division of various groups. He is founder member and director of Pure Value Advisory. He is also serving as CFO and independent consultant to various other companies.
CFA Indumitra Bhardwaj
Chief Operating Officer
Indumitra is a Certified Financial Advisor. He is a graduate in commerce and obtained various certifications in financial markets. Indumitra has more than 25 years of experience in Financial Markets, Business Intelligence and Market Research. He has knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. During his career he has worked as analyst at various positions, conducted audits of Public Sector Banks, Insurance and other companies. For the last 10 years he has been doing ESOP Valuations and Market Research for Pure Value Advisors. He has been a serial entrepreneur and is also founder of Aimfin Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and some other organizations.
Indumitra is unique in his style of working in research oriented projects and his knowledge is outstanding while deliberating on any complex scenario. His research insights are true indicators of future outcomes in almost all sectors. He is in Strategic advisory panel of PureValue to provide guidance for our all research driven projects. Paras Khurana stands at the forefront of the fastest moving marketing trends and new media technologies.
He is responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s goals. He leads and optimizes marketing efforts for the company and client campaigns and collaborate with multi-functional teams to execute them. Paras is a post-graduate specialized in Marketing Management and Public Relations from York University, Toronto, Canada.
He completed his graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University, Noida where he was also awarded a merit scholarship. He has a good understanding of new media tools and social media metrics. He is a young talented individual and exceptionally creative with a good deal of experience in the industry. He is a competent team player with outstanding problem-solving skills who can successfully inspire fellow colleagues. He is open to challenges and always welcome feedbacks, conversations, and ideas. Being a marketing strategist, Paras has a solid understanding of marketing trends and aligns the marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

Mini Vasisth is a real gem of Financial sector and a funding expert especially for corporate funding and legal advisory.
She is multi talented dexterous brain and founding member of Pure Value. He is leading fund advisory wing of PureValue Advisors. Mini has a diversified rich experience of plus 20 years in handling the corporate sector and she has served across all the domains in Indian Financial Sector.
Mini has excellent advisory skills on FOREX, Derivatives and cross border transaction issues. She is was advisory panel of various PSUs and Corporates like American Express , Capegemini etc. Under her polished and visionary guidance, PureValue has achieved respect, recognition and status in the field of valuation advisory, Strategic advisory and fund advisory services for the International and Indian corporate. She is a true winner in all aspects primarily in deal negotiations and she has the last and final say in major critical issues. FCA Pooja Saxena
Head of Taxation
Pooja Saxena is an fellow member of ICAI and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University, India.
Prior to joining Pure Value, Pooja has a considerable experience in the field of corporate taxation, International taxation, and indirect taxation. Pooja has advised a number of expatriates on the taxability of their Income in India and also has rich expertise on Transfer Pricing issues.
Pooja Saxena is engaged in optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the accounting advisory practices in PureValue Advisors. Pooja also collaborates with the firm’s leadership and partners to deliver high value client service through strategic leadership and professional development. She has an active role in assessment of feedback provided by clients. Pooja insures standards of assignments rewarded to PureValue so as to keep a check on quality of work performed by our team. Head of Accounts
Abhishek Agarwal is a fellow member of ICAI. He has rich experience in the field of Direct Taxation, Tax Audits, and Transfer-Pricing assignments. He is responsible for developing the firm’s overall growth strategy and operations for the Fund advisory services, as well as relationship development on key strategic accounts across the firm. Additionally, he provides consulting services for clients in the business valuation and fund raising issues, providing strategic solutions, as well as valuable industry and technical insights.
Abhishek has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting with a practice focus on providing fund advisory services for publicly and privately held companies operating in various segments of the services and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he has experience with mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings, as well as litigation support and dispute resolution. He is an active local member to several professional like ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and industry accounting organizations. Abhishek has a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Delhi University.

Mr. Jabra Ram Manuver is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and earned degree of Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) & Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in addition to his degree. He is having experience of more than 15 years in the profession. He has wide experience in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Collaboration and Joint Ventures, Due Diligence, Business Licensing and Corporate Legal Advisory Services with a broad client base of exceptional depth and developing and overseeing the systems that ensure that the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. In addition, his expertise extends in the area of of legal documentation. He has also vast experience in representing clients before the Registrar of Companies (ROC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Regional Director (RD), Reserve Bank of India (RBI) including IPR Department.

FCS Srinivasan Radhakrishnan
Director of Funds Advisory
Srinivasan has done his MBA with specialization in Finance and he also holds LLB and CS designation from ICSI. He also holds Wall Street Certification in valuation and financial modeling. He holds more than 20 Years of work experience in the Investment banking industry in the areas like Funds Advisory especially equity fund raising. He possesses an excellent knowledge base of legal aspects of the funds raising process.
His expertise helps Pure Value clients to close deals in their favor due to his excellent negotiation skills. He was earlier associated with big 4's and also with VCs in UAE , Singapore and US. He is a distinguished speaker in various events and corporate forums on Funding strategies and negotiating with investors especially in dealing with complex term sheets. He has an in-depth understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of Valuations, Funds and other strategic decisions.
